Liberty State Park
We went with Amie, Tomo and their Mom, Gloria, to Liberty State Park today! Amie & Tomo were modeling for photos while Sumo & Kicho watched and played in the background.
The park was pretty big and the views were amazing! Not to mention, the weather was perfect!

Kicho's New Update
We took little Kicho to the vet yesterday to run some tests. The doctor said the Lasix did the job of removing the fluid in her lungs. They also tested her kidney and liver to make sure they were still healthy in order for her to continue her heart medication, and all is good! There’s really nothing that can be done for her heart disease. They increased her dosage in the hopes that she...

Little Bear - Update Part 1
Kicho has been taking two types of meds- one is to help get rid of the fluid build-up in her lungs, and the other is for her heart disease. Since her last vet visit, we were told that she needs to take it for three weeks. Help Kicho!
Kicho, our tiny (yet tough) black and tan Shiba Inu has been diagnosed with heart disease. The Ultimate Chew Toy!
Stephen and I stopped by a puppy store during work and scoped out some toys. I have given up on Nylabones after reading a bunch of horror stories about the deaths caused by swallowing the sharp pieces of plastic. Another Day At The Dog Run

New Toys!
Our package was delivered to the wrong address by UPS, so I had to go pick it up myself. Upon returning home, the puppies were crying with excitement when they saw me walk in with a box of goodies.

Another Snow Day!
This is a few days old. Sumo had a lot of fun in the snow. He kept jumping in and out of huge snow piles. We received between 13-17 inches that day. He’s loved it!
Here’s the little bear. She’s grown to like the snow too! Kicho skipped around and attacked Sumo a few times. I will have to remember to catch it on video next time. :)

Every month, we give the pups their flea meds. Kicho is great with it even though she particularly doesn’t care for the smell but she seems ok with it. Sumo and Friends
Took Sumo to the dog run today and he was able to run around for awhile until he was too pooped and stood by the gate to let me know that he wanted to go home.
